The Spark Women’s Leadership Conference has been designed specifically to meet the professional development and educational needs of women in their careers and business. This annual conference that has been held in Fort St John for the past seven years and has an attendance of 250 to 300 people. This conference hosts very professional speakers and due to its popularity has sold out for the last two years. This recognized event is supported by industry, local government, and businesses. CFPL has been a partner of this event for the past five years with a contribution of $10,000.00 a year.
